A Trip Not Yet Finished

To whom do I express my sympathy,
If without care to Death I must confess
That once again I wish not die today.
For it is not in my biology
To stop and take the eternal recess
After this long, final act in my play.
So answer to my curiosity,
Before the curtain quickly falls lifeless,
And gently please my sweet disdain away.
Do tell me who would call thee upon me,
For when I return, I shall seek them less.
Keeping my path pure, for that is the way
I must follow into eternity.
Smile, 'cause tonight begins closing thy eyes.
